Gold Wind of Life
Gold Wind of Life is a pendant produced with 3D printing technology. The base material is rhodium-plated brass, and the pendant is paired with a delicate 9ct white gold curb chain. The pendant measures 3 centimetres in diameter and the chain measures 45 centimetres. The design draws on Greek culture, on a minimalistic style and on a line from a poem by Odysseus Elytis. Additive manufacturing allows an intricate surface texture while keeping the piece light and durable. Gold Wind of Life can be worn as a statement piece or as a subtle accessory.
Gold Wind of Life Pendant by Zoi Roupakia has been selected as a creative representation of fashion design by the A' Design Award. Gold Wind of Life Pendant was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Jewelry Design in 2023. The A' Jewelry Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which rewards outstanding design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, pendants, cufflinks, anklets and more.
